I love using the Digital Coaching program because it gives me more freedom – I can go at my own pace & learn on my own – but it also offers guidance when I really need it. I like to be very focused in the gym, headphones in, tuning everything else out, and the app keeps me on track perfectly. I can see past workouts and see how I’m progressing and if I forget how to do an exercise or just want to check my form I can tap on a video in my workout plan. And of course there’s always a coach nearby if I need help or a spot. It’s super easy to mix up workouts or ask my coach for something different if I’m getting bored, too. Before signing up for Digital Coaching program I was clueless about working out on my own because I had no previous experience with training with a trainer prior to joining HossFit.
Scheduling my workout sessions is very easy to manage when being a college student and fulltime mom. I don’t have to wait for the next available session, because I can schedule my session whenever there’s a floor coach available anytime during the day/ evening.
Also, I never feel like I’m training alone because there’s always a digital coach available at my fingertips.
